Quick Question for You: What’s Most Useful?
Hey deep thinker,
Every week, I sit down to create with you in mind — whether it’s writing out a story-driven reflection or recording a long-form video showing how I actually work through ideas using Obsidian, GPT, and other tools.
The emails tend to be more conceptual:
👉 They’re where I share analogies, stories, and ways of thinking about ideas.
The videos tend to be more practical:
👉 They’re where I roll up my sleeves and show you my note-making process — what it looks like to explore, connect, and develop ideas in real time.
I enjoy doing both. But here’s where you come in:
I want to be sure I’m making what’s genuinely helpful to you — not just what I think might be.
Would you take five seconds and click below?
If you’ve got 30 more seconds, I’d love if you hit reply and told me:
What would be most useful to you right now? What would you love to see next?
Thanks for being here. I don’t take it lightly that you let me into your inbox.
Greg

Right now, and for the season I’m in, I’m a fan of emails. I like the long-form videos when I’m doing deep dive research into (whatever) but just can’t keep up with all my varied interests and all the videos out there. But when I look for a long-form video, I go to people I know over people I don’t.
